Flow Loops

Our triplex pumps can easily be connected to a temporary flow loop established on our spacious pipedeck or inside one of our test facilities.

Typical projects here can be

• prolonged circulation tests of tools, either standalone or inside a casing,
• LCM Material compatibility tests on tools or
• handling of cuttings in certain flow patterns.

This way we can bypass the need for Ullrigg itself to easily perform horizontal circulation tests on ground level.

Together with the customer, we agree upon a layout of the test loop.

A typical setup will often consist of flowmeters, chokes, several pressure and temperature transmitters and a logging system to collect and compile the data.
